We’re collaborating with Chef Dan Schmit and the Wise Acre team to bring you a night of modern Chinese-American cuisine by pairing nostalgic flavors with the freshness of the farm.

We’re kicking it with So & So’s food truck to bring you burgers, sandwiches, and more! Expect things like General Tso’s Chicken and Dongpo Pork Belly sandwiches, Mapo Tofu Poutine, and other delicious treats.
